Denpasar Half-Day City Tour

The city of Denpasar has a lot to offer, first visit the Bali Museum and see an extensive art collection from prehistoric to modern time. See "Catur Muka" the four faced landmark, center of Denpasar city and a local "pasar" or market. Finish your tour with a stop at the Bali Arts Center exhibiting modern paintings and woodcarvings. Today, first visit the attractive Puputan Square, located in the center of the city. Explore the Bali Museum with its art collection that ranges from prehistoric finds to early 20th century art. Then onto the "Catur Muka", four - faced, statue standing at the center of a cross road is the very center of Denpasar and the landmark of the city. Take a ride in a traditional 'Dokar' horse and cart, before your last stop at the Bali Arts Center, a traditional Balinese building which houses a permanent exhibition of modern paintings and woodcarvings.
