Take an early morning kayak tour along the picturesque Makena coastline. As we paddle the coast we stop at our favorite spots to snorkel and swim with the giant green sea turtles.

After 2.5 hours enjoying Maui's ocean beauty, we quickly shower off, then begin our hike into old Hawaii, visiting the scene where the last lava flowed on Maui 200 years ago, Expect "chicken skin" when we pass through the ruins of ancient Hawaiian sites, first explored in 1786 by French explorer La Perouse. Besides housing compounds, the ruins include temples, fishing shrines and canoe sheds. Your hike will be guided by an expert in Hawaiian culture and nature.
