Mount Cook to Queenstown (One Way Tour)

Travel from the alpine village of Mount Cook to New Zealand's adventure capital, Queenstown! This coach journey leaves the National Park behind and heads south through rugged Mackenzie country, past its hydroelectric system of lakes and canals. Continue over the Lindis Pass and through the old gold mining regions of Central Otago, before arriving in Queenstown on the shores of Lake Wakatipu.

In the afternoon depart the Mount Cook village and travel down the western side of Lake Pukaki at the foot of New Zealand's tallest mountain, Mount Cook. Relax as you take in the spectacular scenery that changes from rugged ranges and mirror lakes to the winding Kawarau River Gorge, before emerging into the lush green farmland surrounding your destination of Queenstown, where you will be transferred to your hotel.
