Your half-day tour begins with a guided walk around the famous Hang Be Street market, deep in the heart of Hano's Old Quarter. Here you will learn more about the various local ingredients including vegetables, fruits and Vietnamese herbs and spices. On beginning your Vietnamese cooking class a professional chef's jacket and hat is provided. Looking and feeling like a professional chef will give you added confidence! The class is held in small groups (usually 2-10 people) to enhance interactivity with the head chef. You will have your own cooking station for your hands-on lesson.
