Take a day trip from Marrakech into the Three Valleys. Explore the Ourika Valley and admire the beautiful views of the surrounding Atlas Mountains. Descend into the Asni valley and discover village life then continue in your 4x4 vehicle toward the Dam of Lalla Takkerkoust, situated on the Nfis River. Once you have seen the lake and dam, head back to end your tour in Marrakech. One of the best excursions to experience, lots of different scenery and different valleys with different landscapes. The tour starts from Marrakech, first heading 56km southeast to the Ourika valley and its vibrant green colors, offering a pleasant tour of the lower foothills of the high Atlas. Beyond the village of Tnine Ourika (the largest weekly market every Monday), after some stops for pictures of this nice valley we will leave the green valley, to go higher. Reach Sidi Fares (2000m) to appreciate the awesome traditional villages with different colors, changing with the color of the land, red, grey, brown, and gardens and plots of cultivated land shaded by many walnut and apple trees. After half an hour of walking in this village, we will continue our trip to descend to the second valley of Asni, the largest village on the road from Marrakesh to Tizi n’test pass and there are many mule tracks leading up to different villages. After enjoying the beauty of the lake, we will head back to Marrakech to end our wonderful day.
