Our Tour guide assigned to you picks you up from the airport and takes you to the hotel or residence you are staying the first night
Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park (B/L/D)
Go north from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park driving through the plains of Nakasongola, then stop in the town of Masindi for lunch. You will continue to check in at Murchison River lodge with dinner and overnight
Day 3: White Nile River (B/L/D)
Have an early morning game drive that assures you of the best time to spot wild animals. After the boat cruise, experience a hike to the top of the falls.
Day 4: Fort Portal - Kibale Forest (B/L/D)
This drive is incredibly scenic, going through tea plantations and lush green countryside which characterizes so much of Uganda. Walk around Fort Portal, visit the local market, or eat some local food like matoke (green cooked banana). You will then check in at primates lodge for dinner and overnight
Day 5: Swamp walk (B/L/D)
Today you will experience some serious monkey business. Kibale National Park boasts the highest number of primate species in the world, including chimpanzees. Approximately 5,000 chimpanzees live in the wild in Uganda, which makes it a perfect place to spot them
Day 6: Queen Elizabeth (B/L/D)
Relax at the lodge, have a game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park
Day 7: Katwe Salt Lake (B/L/D)
Search for wildlife in Queen Elizabeth National Park to see elephants, buffalo, lions, waterbucks, leopards, Uganda kobs, and warthogs
Day 8: Ishasha Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (B/L/D)
Queen Elizabeth National Park. This area is called Ishasha, and is famous for its tree-climbing-lions
Day 9: Gorilla (B/L/D)
Bwindi Impenetrable forest for mountain gorilla and chimpanzee tracking
Day 10: Mgahinga (B/L/D)
Mgahinga National Park, one of the smallest national parks in Uganda. Dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 11:  Volcanoes in Rwanda (B/L/D)
Cross the border to Rwanda and check in at Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda. You will eat lunch on the way to this national park, and arrive in the evening
Day12: Gorilla (B/L/D)
Transfer to the Volcanoes headquarters for a briefing about endangered mountain gorillas, volcanoes and enter into the tropical rain forest searching for the mountain gorillas
Day13: Kigali (B/L/D)
Drive to Kigali, reaching the city early for a tour of Kigali where you will visit Nyamata church, local markets, and the Genocide Museum, among others
Day14: Bunyonyi (B/L/D)
Transfer to Bunyonyi over land, scenic views and the boat cruise as the sun sets
Day15: Airport for departure
