Experience Prague in a 2- or 3-night weekend adventure and explore a city straight from a fairy tale! Your local guide will reveal the best Prague has to offer: witness picturesque attractions such as Charles Bridge, the Astronomical Clock Tower, and the largest ancient castle in the world! Make your own artistic additions to the John Lennon Wall, enjoy a traditional Czech lunch at a Monastery brewery, and take part in an absinthe lesson before checking out Prague’s famous cellar bars!Choose between 2 nights/3 days (arrival on Friday) or 3 nights/4 days (arrival on Thursday) and maximize your time in one of Central Europe's most notorious and exciting cities. Your local guide will meet you on Thursday evening (if 3-night option selected) to take you out to a Medieval beer hall for drinks and delicious Czech cuisine (2 hrs).

Experience Prague's Old Town on your first day (Friday) when your local guide will pick you up and break down the itinerary. On your first day in town, you will be exploring the old Medieval heart of the city in Prague's Old Town. On this 3-hour walking tour, you will see Old Town Square, climb the famous clock tower and take in the massive Wenceslas Square where the Velvet Revolution began to break the Czechs away from Communism. The Old City is packed with striking Baroque, Renaissance and Gothic architecture, making you feel as if you are in a fairy tale novel. Next, you will have lunch in a typical Czech eatery (1 hr). Continue to the Jewish Quarter of Prague (1.5 hrs) to see Pinkas Synagogue and the Jewish cemetery where over 200,000 people are buried.

Enjoy the good weather in the afternoon while paddle boating on the Vlatava (2 hrs) where you can bring your own snacks & beverages to! Meet up with the group back at the hostel later for an evening of ghost stories and a night out in some of Prague’s most unique cellar bars and pubs. Head to Karlovy Lazne, Central Europe's largest club, afterwards if you're in the mood for clubbing (at own expense).

Spend your second day (Saturday) in Lesser Quarter and also see Prague Castle. Enjoy breakfast at your hostel at 10am and strike out for Prague's quaint Lesser Quarter located in the shadow of the Prague Castle at 10:30am with your group. In this district, you will spend a few hours to visit the Lennon Wall, cross the Lover's Bridge, see the Infant Jesus Church of Prague, and have a laugh at the Pissing Statues before chowing down at Bohemia Bagel (2.5 hrs).

After lunch, climb up the hill to the castle where your guide will break down the history of Europe's longest ancient castle while looking out over the city of Prague. Stop in at the miniature Golden Lane, ogle at the St. Vitus Cathedral and have a pint at the Strahov Monastery, a historic monastery that brews their own delicious beer (2.5 hrs). Explore the town and shops on your own in the afternoon -- with beer cheaper than water, Prague is the perfect place for budget travelers on another night out on the town.

Your itinerary will be open on your last day (Sunday) to customize to what you would like to do: visit more museums or to head south of town to climb Vysehrad Castle. You will be free to leave whenever you need to in order to catch your transportation arrangements.
