These self-guided, one-way expeditions down the River Stour offer a rare opportunity to paddle through some of the finest countryside in England: you'll experience blissful tranquility, humbling landscapes and a 'Swallows & Amazons' buzz and you paddle downstream through beauty spots incl. Little Henny, Wiston, Bures, Nayland, Dedham, Flatford and finally through RSPBs spectacular 'Cattawade Marshes Nature Reserve'.

On the river you'll find solitude and calm, hours can pass where you won't see a soul except for the local wildlife (Kingfisher, Otter, Marsh Harriers, Heron, Egyptian Geese, Black Swans, to name just few of the rarer species spotted by customers on this trip). Off the river, if you choose to moor-up and explore you'll find pretty Suffolk villages, local pubs, and amazing places to visit: try Bures, Nayland, Dedham, and Flatford Mill.
