This small group weekend trek of three days involves fairly challenging hikes on the Wild Great Wall of China located two hours North of Beijing. Each night you will enjoy a farmhouse stay and amazing meals and drinks. You will be able to share Wild Great Wall experience drawn from a 20-year-long association with Great Wall with guests from all around the world. Your tour will be led by a tour guide who is a Great Wall researcher, author, field guide and conservationist, who has spent more than 2,000 days on different parts of the structure.

The term ‘Wild Wall’ was conceived in the early 1990s to describe a species of Great Wall, lying as ruins, overgrown and crumbling, that exudes both antiquity and authenticity.
Joining in this tour will let you share Wild Wall experience drawn from a 20-year-long association with Great Wall with guests from all around the world. Based mainly at one of the renovated farmhouses at the foot of the Great Wall a few hours’ drive north of Beijing, the vast majority of our guests have been introduced to the experience by their own family or friends.
Day 1: Beijing - Great Wall of China(D)
You will be picked up from your centrally located hotel in Beijing and leaving Beijing by 4:30PM. You will have dinner at the farmhouse after arriving near Great Wall of China around 7:30PM. This evening your tour guide will share some fantastic insight into the Wild Wall.
Accommodation: Farmhouse or similar
Day 2: Great Wall of China(B,L,D)
Two hike trails today: One to see the sunrise over the wild wall and the second one is after lunch.
Accommodation: Farmhouse or similar
Day 3: Great Wall of China - Beijing(B,L)
A short hike trail this morning.
After lunch, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
