Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival Mae Hong Son (L)
Arrive to Mae Hong Son airport and join your transfer to your hotel. Settle in with lunch at local restaurant then in the afternoon, enjoy the drive to Phasuer Waterfall. Visit a Meo Hilltribe Village at Na Pa Pag and a Chinese Village at Ban Mae Or, located 1200 meters above sea level. Enjoy a walk around the village and try some home-made Chinese tea. Overnight: Mae Hong Son.
Day 2: Mae Hong Son – Pai – Mae Hong Son (B,L)
Enjoy an early breakfast before visiting a local bustling morning market. Your drive to the Pai District is along a scenic route offering breathtaking views of this northern province. After a delicious lunch at a local restaurant you will fill your afternoon with a visit to the 5,465 ft long Lod Caves with amazing and natural stalactite and stalagmite formations before moving on to witness the remarkable culture of the Lisu & Lahu Hilltribe villages. A stop at the famous Fish Cave will then have you on your way back to Mae Hong Son. Overnight: Mae Hong Son.
Day 3: Departure Mae Hong Son (B,L)
Enjoy breakfast at leisure then take a boat trip along the Pai River home to the exotic ‘Long Neck Karen Tribe’ with their necks elongated by brass rings. A picnic lunch will be served then in the afternoon you visit the famous temples: Wat Phra Dhat Doi Kong Moo and Wat Jong Kham. Relax and settle in for your transfer to Mae Hong Son airport.
