Depart from Port Elizabeth towards the Garden Route. First stop will be at Birds of Eden bird sanctuary and Monkeyland primate sanctuary. Next en route is the overnight stop in Sedgefield in heart of the Garden Route. Tonight you will be accommodated on the edge of the 14 km long Myoli Beach.
Overnight: Shared Backpacker Dormitory Accommodation (Private room and hotel upgrades available)
Day 2: Sedgefield (B)
After an early start to the day the tour will venture to Oudtshoorn in the Klein Karoo via the scenic Outeniqua Mountain pass. Oudtshoorn, also known as the ‘Ostrich Capital’ of South Africa will offer you an opportunity to explore the Cango Caves and visit a local operating Ostrich farm.
Optional activity for Day 2: Great White Shark cage diving and skydiving
Overnight: Shared Backpacker Dormitory Accommodation (Private room and hotel upgrades available)
Day 3: Sedgefield to Port Elizabeth (B)
This is an optional activity day. Optional activities include: Paragliding, wake boarding, snorkeling, ocean safaris or bungy jumping the Bloukraans bridge - the world's highest commercial bungy bridge! This day needs to be pre-arranged with the guide as these activities are either weather or time dependent. Once activities have commenced the tour will return to Port Elizabeth.
