On this private tour, travel the classic route and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of two UNESCO World Heritage listed national parks: Jiuzhaigou (also know as Jiuzhai Valley) and Huanglong (also known as Yellow Dragon) from Chengdu by air. Along the way, you will explore colorful ponds and caves of Huanglong and luminous lakes, spectacular multi-level waterfalls and verdant forests of the Jiuzhai Valley.Day 1: Chengdu - Jiuzhaigou
You will be picked up from your hotel in Chengdu and transported to Chengdu Shuangliu International airport for a 50-minute flight to Jiuzhaigou Huanglong Airport.

Upon your arrival at Jiuhuang Airport, you'll be picked up and driven 37 miles (60 kilometers) to the Huanglong Valley (Yellow Dragon Valley). Well known for its colorful lakes as well as snow clad mountains, valleys and virgin forest, the valley also houses the Huanglong Temple and fabulous five-colored ponds. After the visit, make your way to Jiuzhaigou, 56 miles (90 kilometers) northwest of Huanglong, by vehicle. During this 3-hour drive, you will have a personal tour guide and driver on-board to provide information along the way. Upon arrival, check in at a local Jiuzhaigou hotel.

Note: According to the flight time, Huanglong Valley sightseeing might be adjusted to the morning of Day 3. If you plan to fly back to home or next destination in Day 3, try to book your International flight in the afternoon.


Day 2: Jiuzhaigou (B)
You will have a full day to explore the Jiuzhai Valley. There are 9 Tibetan villages in the valley, hence its name. The best-known feature is its dozen of blue, green and turquoise-colored lakes. Jiuzhai Valley consists of three valleys – Rize Valley, Shuzheng Valley and Zechawa Valley, which form a 'Y' shape. It is said that there is no other place in the world as peaceful as Jiuzhaigou.

In the valley, you will see many lakes among which, Five-Flower Lake (Wuhua Hai) is hailed as the essence of Jiuzhaigou Park. Wuhua Hai lake is renowned for its colorful trees, blue skies, white clouds and gorgeous algae. The best spot to shoot a panoramic photo of the lake is the 'Tiger Stone.' Another lake worth seeing is Chang Hai Lake, the longest and highest lake that is known as the mother of all other lakes of Jiuzhaigou. Lastly, you can see Nuo Ri Lang Waterfall, the widest waterfall in China.This waterfall is known for being a filming location for many TV shows, including Journey to the West.

Day 3: Jiuzhaigou - Chengdu (B)
After breakfast at your hotel, take a rest or go for a walk nearby before being transferred to the airport for the flight back to Chengdu. Pick you up and transfer to your hotel in Chengdu where this tour concludes or just wait for your International flight to next destination at the airport.
