Generally 4 to 5 hours is enough time to tour 4 to 6 wineries. The number of wineries you visit depends on how long your group decides to spend at each place and how far apart to each of the wineries you want to go to are. The wineries open around 11am and close between 4pm and 5pm
Winery tasting fees are $15-$20 per winery. You get around 6 samples (3 whites and 3 reds). You can always split the tastings and most time tastings are waived if you buy bottles of wine, or join their members club. Parties of 7 or more the wineries want to have reservations.
The tour starts at your pickup and ends with your party's drop-off. The best time to start the tour is 11am or 12pm. You can pick the wineries or they can be chosen for you.
Pickup and drop-off at Hotels, Motels, Inns. B&B, vacation homes and private homes in the area are included.
