Day 2:
After early breakfast you will meet your tour guide and start your wine tour with visit to Kaštela nearby Split – home of old, almost forgotten, authentic wine sort, Crljenak. The importance of this sort lies in the fact that it is a parent to widely known and respected Zinfandel and Italian Primitivo. During the visit to Kaštela vineyards and cellars you will be introduced to the history of Croatia wine making.

Day 3:
After a short catamaran trip you will continue the tour on the island of Hvar, home to the most well known wine of Dalmatia, Plavac Mali, a cross between ancestral Zinfandel, Crljenak Kaštelanski, and Dobričić grapes. This wine truly reflects the character of Dalmatia – hot, temperamental, gorgeous, sharp, slightly rustic and absolutely unique. Overnight stay on Hvar island.
