Ride a camel along the beach and discover the Baja peninsula’s beautiful coastal scenery on this morning or afternoon tour from Los Cabos. With a professional guide, discover Mexico’s flora and fauna on an off-road drive and guided nature walk, and get a taste for the local cuisine with a traditional lunch overlooking the ocean. To complete the experience, there’s a tequila tasting and tortilla-making class. After pickup from your hotel, leave the busy beaches of Los Cabos behind, and tour the beautiful Baja peninsula in a Mercedes Benz 4WD truck with your guide. The scenic drive takes you through the countryside to a private oceanfront ranch, Rancho San Cristobal. Hear tales about Mexico’s history and culture as you are driven off-road along cactus-lined roads and remote trails.

Once at the ranch, take a guided nature walk to learn more about Baja’s ecology. After learning about the coastal plant life, feel the wind in your hair on a 20-minute camel ride along the sand – it’s a beach safari you’ll never forget!

Returning to the ranch, you can have your photo taken with your camel before enjoying lunch featuring typically Mexican flavors and ingredients, served overlooking the beach. While dining, keep a lookout for passing humpback whales if you’re visiting between December and April.

After lunch, get a taste for tequila by sipping on a sample, and have fun learning to make the local specialty, tortillas.
