Ljubljana is considered to be a yet undiscovered gem of Europe. It is often compared with Prague due to its beautiful architectural appearance. Overnight.
DAY 2 : Ljubljana - Bled - The Vintgar gorge – Zagreb (Croatia)
Morning drive to Bled, a lake in the Julian Alps. The beauty of the mountains reflected on the lake, the sun, the serenity and the fresh air are amazing here. Visit then the Vintgar gorge and its waterfalls, pools and rapids. Drive to Zagreb, overnight.
DAY 3 : Zagreb - Trakoscan Castle and Varazdin - Zagreb
Walking tour of Zagreb. Enjoy the rich architecture of Croatian capital. Next is baroque city of Varaždin and beautiful castle of Trakoscan. Trakoscan Castle, Croatia’s best preserved historical fortress residences. Overnight.
DAY 4: Zagreb – Plitvice Lakes National Park - Zadar
Drive to the Plitivice Lakes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979, the most famous national park in Croatia. 16 crystalline lakes tumble into each other via a series of waterfalls and cascades. Walking and boat tour in Plitvice. Drive to Zadar, overnight.
DAY 5: Zadar – Kornati islands National Park
Today we'are visiting one of the phonemes of Croatian coast, the National park islands of Kornati a sea and stone labyrinth built of 140 uninhabited islands, islets and rocks with approximately 238 km of coastline. Overnight.
DAY 6: Zadar – Krka river falls National Park – Split
Drive to Krka river National Park, enjoy in seven waterfalls full length of 242 meters. Drive to Split, overnight.
DAY 7: Split
Walking tour. Split is truly an open museum city, since the remains of Roman empire are well preserved and giving you the opportunity to enjoy the spectrum from some other times. Visit the UNESCO's protected Diocletian's palace. Take a afternoon bath on a famous 'Bacvice' beach. Overnight.
DAY 8 : Split – Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
After breakfast we are driving to Bosnia and Herzegovina, to the capital city Sarajevo. Sarajevo will show you the true Balkan lifestyle, and very specific mixture of cultural and historical heritage. Trough history the Turks have left their trace and in not so long time ago a devastating war in 90th also left a big mark, which you will notice in walking city tour. Overnight.
DAY 9 : Sarajevo - Mostar - Dubrovnik
Check out and drive to Dubrovnik. We are stopping in city of Mostar for a City tour where you'll visit the famous arched bridge (bridge on Bosnian 'Most' | Mostar) and the Old Bazaar alongside historical mosques and the Turkish House. Drive to Dubrovnik, upon arrival a walking tour of Dubrovnik. This exceptional medieval stone walled city is one of Europe’s top tourist destinations with UNESCO’s heritage protection locations. Check in and overnight.
DAY 10: Dubrovnik – end of the tour
