You will meet the tour leader at Bari's airport "Karol Wojtyla" (BRI) and travel by private transportation to your accommodation facility in Bari's area (Bari-City, Giovinazzo, Bitonto, Mola di Bari, Conversano); please request in advance, if you have your accommodation in another place.
This transfer can last from a half to one hour depending on traffic and distance of your accommodation.
After your trip you will have your time to rest. Between 5pm and 7pm, we will pick you up to go to a restaurant in a Masseria: one of the most characteristic sights of Apulian countryside is indeed the "Masseria", an example of rural architecture and organization; nowadays, they are renovated, showing their past of a bucolic life.
Here you will have an aperitif and an introduction of Puglia region in the past and in the contemporaneity through the tour leader.
After half an hour you will enjoy the local food in a typical sequence of courses that every Italian requires for dinner:
- Starters: different small portions of local and saisonal specialties like mozzarella, ham, salami, grilled vegetables;
- Pasta: possibilities to prepare Pasta are unlimited, the chef usually gets inspired by the available fresh products;
- Meat: visiting Puglia for the first time, you will taste new flavours.
Bottled water and house wine are included.

After the dinner, return to your accommodation facility by the same private transportation.
