This full-day tour from Oxford gives you an opportunity to visit two fascinating sites in one day - UNESCO World Heritage Site Stonehenge and historic Bath, the UK's most famous spa city.You will be picked up from a centrally located meeting point in Oxford early in the morning and travel via coach to the world-famous UNESCO Heritage Site, Stonehenge, located in the county of Wiltshire, approx. 70 miles or 113 kilometres from Oxford.
You will arrive at Stonehenge in the morning and have 90 minutes to see this ancient monument up close, listen to the audio guides provided and explore the fascinating visitor centre with a world-class exhibition featuring 250 ancient objects.
After the visit to Stonehenge, you then move on to head towards the UK's most famous spa town Bath in Somerset. During your visit in this charming Georgian city, you will have a chance to take part in a free guided walking tour, taking in all the essential sights of Bath such as Bath Abbey, Roman Baths Complex, Jane Austen Centre, Bath Circus, Royal Crescent and much more.
You will depart Bath at 4.30pm and travel back to Oxford with arrival back at approx. 8pm.
