Take a scenic helicopter ride over the mountains and glaciers to explore a lagoon filled with icebergs. One of the longest and largest glaciers of the Harding Ice Field, Bear Glacier is an amazing place in Kenai Fjords National Park, and will take your breath away. Keep an eye out for seals sunning on ice sheets and bears browsing for berries. After pickup from your Seward hotel, head to the tour office and hop in an R44 4-person helicopter for an amazing flightseeing journey along the coast and into the remote glacier area. Enjoy aerial views of the Harding Ice Field, the coastal range and wildlife as you fly throughout the rugged area.

Land near Bear Glacier Lake and soak up the scenery. Bear Glacier is one of the most dynamic and interesting areas in Kenai Fjords National Park. This area is a photographers dream, but you'll see why many guests claim that pictures don't do it justice. This area is home to black bears, goats, harbor seals, wolves, wolverines and other animals, so keep an eye out for wildlife.

Hop in a kayak for the second portion of your tour. Paddling from the cache on the cool, ice-filled lake, admire the intense blue icebergs as they float, creak and roll in the lake. Watch for harbor seals that are always present as you paddle through the glacial lake. Have some snacks and hot drinks near the glacier after your paddle.

In the afternoon, re-board the helicopter for the return flight to Seward. You'll then be taken back your hotel.
