You will be picked up from your hotel in San Ignacio and driven to the Belize Zoo for about an hour. Once you arrive, you will be introduced to the person who is in charged of the zoo and receive a brief introduction about the place.
You will tour the zoo for about 1 and a half hours and look at the different animals. The guide will provide information about each animal that you see including the national animals (Tapir and Toucan). After the tour, you will sit and have lunch before going back to San Ignacio.
