The Blackwater River Tour is a 7 mile paddle with the current taking about 4 hours in total. The Blackwater River starts in the Collier Seminal State Park, and feeds into Blackwater Bay deep in the 10,000 islands. Our shuttle van drops equipment, guide and guest off in the park. On the other end is our Shuttle boat waiting to bring you back to civilization. We provide all equipment, and transportation for this trip. This trip is great for beginner kayakers, or advanced paddlers that want more from a trip.
If you have your own equipment and want to take the trip, not a problem. We will meet you at Goodland boat park, load all of your equipment and shuttle you up to the park. Our boat will be waiting on the other end to pick you up. Want to be more adventurous try the whole paddle from top of the Blackwater River back to Goodland boat park. The full length of this trip is 15 miles.
