ITINERARY
Your personal driver will pick you up at an appointed place at 8 am. Afterwards we will drive through Dalmatian hinterlands and Herzegovina. At about 10 am, arrive in Mostar. There, a local guide awaits you, and the walking tour of the city will start.
Visit the old Bazaar, the Mosque and the aforementioned old bridge from where you can watch professional jumpers dive into the cold water of the Neretva river. Also don't miss the chance to taste some of the traditional local foods such as ''burek'' or ''baklava".
Afterwards, you have some leisure time to do what you prefer in this beautiful city. When you feel you have seen enough of Mostar, the tour will continue towards Medjugorje. During the the half hour drive there, the guide will tell you all you need to know about Medjugorje. Then you will take a walking tour through this sacred place.
You will visit the the main church, the backbone of the religious complex, that was built on the place where the Virgin Mary appeared in 1981. Relax in this spiritual place and enjoy the walk toward Apparition Hill.
We can arrange a lunch for you in one of the local restaurants, where you can once again taste some of the traditional local foods, so dense and rich in taste - čevapćići, baklave, burek...
You will return to Split at about 6 pm.
