Stay on one trip with the same group and travel the minimum time for a tour-type experience (itinerary below) or spend longer by getting on and off the bus/train at different places. Transport over your set pass route, whether in your local operators own buses, trains or boats is included in one direction, once. You can hop on and off anywhere over your route, stay longer and jump back on when you’re ready.

Travel Day: Brisbane — Noosa or Rainbow Beach

Travel to the upmarket resort town of Noosa. Hop off here or continue onto Rainbow Beach for the night. Stay longer in Noosa or Rainbow Beach to relax by the beach or visit Fraser Island.

Travel Day: Rainbow Beach or Noosa — Country Campout
Head to the Country Campout for an Aussie farm experience. Stay in traditional swags, you can sleep under shelter or under the stars.

Travel Day/Night: Country Campout — OVERNIGHT TRAIN — Airlie Beach
In the morning, check out local farm animals before walking the property, visiting an amazing rock formation (sacred Indigenous site). We head to a the beautiful, little coastal town of Emu Park. In the afternoon you can sit around the resort pool, or go on a turtle spotting walk (seasonal). Travel overnight to Airlie Beach - the gateway to the beautiful Whitsunday Islands. Your guide will give you an education session on the Great Barrier Reef.

Travel Day: Airlie Beach — Magnetic Island
Head out to tropical ‘Maggie Island’, where we stay at lodge with its own wildlife park. Explore on the island, as nearly 50% of it is National Park with amazing beaches and abundant wildlife. Your guide will join you on a walk around the Island, do more exploring or just relax by the pool.

Travel Day: Magnetic Island — Indigenous Camp
Head to Tully where you'll be met by local Aboriginees and travel into the dense rainforest of Tully Gorge National Park. Be welcomed onto their traditional lands in ‘Jirrbal’ language then help the Aboriginal guides prepare traditional food and set up a campfire and camp oven for dinner. Go spotlighting at night and enjoy an enchanting evening of dreamtime stories around a campfire.

Travel Day: Indigenous Camp – Cairns
In the morning, enjoy a big breakfast then head off for an interpretative walk into the national park. Travel back to Tully to catch the train north to Cairns.
