Take in the dramatic beauty of the Canadian Rockies on this 30-minute helicopter flight from Banff. Snap aerial shots of the most recognized peaks in the area, including Three Sisters, Grotto Mountain, Mount Charles Stewart, and Devil's Gap at Lake Minnewanka ("Water of the Spirits" in Nakoda language"). Admire a glacial lake winding through eastern Banff National Park, and listen to informative commentary on the sights from an experienced pilot. Hotel transport is included. Enjoy convenient pickup from your Banff hotel and zip over to the Kananskis Base located near the Stoney Nakoda Resort and Casino. After an introduction to helicopter safety, climb aboard your helicopter to begin your 30-minute flight. Your pilot shares commentary on the history and culture of the region from takeoff to landing.

Cruise at a speed of 100 miles (161 km) per hour during your aerial journey. Admire the Three Sisters mountain range, some of the most recognized peaks in Alberta, and then fly through the world-famous Banff National Park. Catch sight of the longest lake to run through the Canadian Rockies — Lake Minnewanka — a glacial lake snaking through the eastern side of the park.

Pass over the three peaks of Mount Lougheed before circling the summit of Mount Sparrowhawk, with an elevation of over 10,000 feet (3,200 meters), named after a WWII battleship. Hover over Mount Allen, site of the 1988 Winter Olympic Games' downhill skiing events, before enjoying the return flight back to the heliport.

When you land, your tour ends with drop-off at your Banff hotel.

Please note: A minimum of two people per booking is required.
