The Bianco e Nero Laboratory opens its doors to anyone, adults and children aged 6 years old and up, to have a fun experience, in the world of typical and unique Italian ceramics. You will discover more about the background of the laboratory (such as the preparation of the object before it is decorated, on his firing etc.).

The Bianco e Nero Laboratory opens its doors to anyone, adults and children aged 6 years old and up, to have a fun experience, in the world of typical and unique Italian ceramics. You will discover more about the background of the laboratory (such as the preparation of the object before it is decorated, on his firing etc.).
The lesson will be 2 to 3 hours long and begins at different times during the day. The day starts with a short introduction on the majolica history (how and why), followed by the laboratory visit when you will visit the laboratory background, machinery and creation procedure.
Afterwards, there will be a design preparation for you and we recommend bringing a photo, a drawing or a print of a simple design with you. With that in mind, we will do the decoration of one object and a magnet. Objects available are: a Mug, 5x15cm or a plate of 15cm.
For those who are unable to pick up the item the next day, the shop offers a delivery service, on customer's charge.
Sonia and Giada will help you in every step, carefully explaining this ancient art that has advanced since 1984. You will also see them at work while painting objects for the laboratory.
