Learn to cook authentic local food from skilled and friendly teachers who will show you how to cook through local stories. Remember to take notes for some Chinese cooking secrets!
The school emphasizes a teaching-by-doing style rather than teaching-by-watching and you will easily replicate the dishes after you go home.
