If your flight departs after 2:30pm, there are multiple departure times to ensure you arrive to the airport on time including 8:30am (flights after 2:30pm), 10:30am (flights after 3:30pm), 12:00pm (flights departing after 5pm) and 1pm (flights departing after 7pm).
After hotel pickup, you will head to Vinicola Araucaria winery located about an hour away from Curitiba. The estate is surrounded by huge araucaria trees, woods, fruit trees and a beautiful lake. Upon arrival, begin your guided tour of the wine estate which includes the vineyard, the production area and of course wine tasting. The construction of the winery is in harmony with the nature and local art. All labels and decoration are reminiscent of the natural surroundings and paintings by the local artist Poty Lazzarotto. With your time here at the estate, you will learn about the excellent wines produced which are not currently found elsewhere, as the production is quite small.
Upon completion of the estate tour and tasting, you will have 1-hour free-time to walk along the different trails on the property or enjoy lunch (at own expense) if visiting on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
