Enjoy a full-day hike through the Canadian Rocky Mountains with a local guide while exploring trails around the iconic Lake Louise. After meeting at the Lake Louise Visitor Centre, you and your guide will complete waivers and convoy to the trailhead to hike and enjoy the breathtaking scenery, flora, fauna, geology and geography of the Rocky Mountains. In the spring, snow melts from the Rockies bringing budding flowers. Summer brings berries and lushness, and the fall brings an amazing array of color. Whatever the season, the Rockies are ripe with beauty and wildlife. Lunch is provided, but please bring a backpack with snacks and 1-1.5 liters of water per person. It can snow any day of the year in the Rockies, so please come prepared for mountain weather with hiking boots, gloves, toque, rainwear and insulative layers.
