Hotel pick up at 8am, travel by private car to Ninh Binh Province, located 120 kilometers from Hanoi. Upon arrival at a local's house, you can join in the cooking with the family and learn how to make some of the delicacies. After lunch, take the opportunity to rest and have some tea by a pond located on the property. In the afternoon, you have the time to participate in activities such as excursions by foot or bike at the Van Long Nature Reserve. Head back to your Hanoi hotel at 5pm.
