We will meet Chef Nora and enjoy her pita bread, home-made labane, and Druze hot tea.
At 10:00 we will start our cooking class with Chef Nora in her kitchen. Chef Nora will teach us how to cook a traditional Druze cuisine that includes the following dishes: rice mansaf, cabbage salad, okra in tomato sauce, ground lamb with tahini, stuffed cabbage, stuffed grape leaves, and atayef. Participants will receive Middle Eat's aprons and all recipes.
At 14.00 there is free time at Daliyat El-Carmel market. Guests can enjoy the beautiful market and buy some local souvenirs.
