At around 9am or 3pm (depending of your choice), your professional guide will pick you up at your centrally located hotel in Cusco and take you to San Pedro market.

After exploring the market, you will head to an Andean kitchen and Chicheria where you will learn about the making of chicha, a tradition that goes back to Inca times. Next, learn of the native fruits which can be found in Peru including lúcuma, chirimoya, granadilla, pacay, pepino, aguaymanto and and more. Try these exotic fruits which have delicious flavors and learn of its many health benefits.
As an introduction to our cooking class, we will have a pisco sour making lesson. You will learn to make this famous, Peruvian national drink and taste it as well! Then, it is time for your culinary experience to begin. Depending of your choice of lunch or dinner, you will begin with making a local, Peruvian appetizer. If you chose lunch, you'll make ceviche and if you chose dinner, you will make quinoa-crusted causita.
Then, you'll move on to make the main dish. With a professional chef guiding you, learn to prepare one of the most representative and delicious Peruvian main courses. Lunch will include Ají de Gallina, while the choice for dinner will be lomo saltado with quinotto.
To put the cherry on top of the cake, the last step of the class will be a typical Peruvian dessert. You can try baby bananas with Pisco and Aguaymanto fruit, if your choice is the lunch class. For dinner, dessert will be cheese ice cream.
