In the city of St Jeannet, meet your guide Corinne and follow her instructions to learn how to prepare a complete French lunch. Once the lunch is ready, enjoy the 3-course meal with few glasses of local wine.You will be picked up at your hotel or accomodation in Nice and head off to Corinne's kitchen to start your French cooking class.
Once in the house, you will be all gathered around the central isle of her opened kitchen, and will start to prepare the 3-course meal: starter, main dish and dessert. Everyone will contribute to all the lunch steps under Corinne’s instructions.
Naturally, you will be cooking with local and organic ingredients. Once the lunch is ready, you will be sharing the meal together and have the opportunity to chat with all the table guests. Local wine (from St Jeannet’s vineyard) will also be part of the lunch and will complete this French lunch experience.
After the lunch, you will be dropped off at your hotel.
