Visit the north of Fuerteventura, from Corralejo to Cotillo with this 4x4 jeep tour driven by your expert local guide. Explore Fuerteaventura's off the road landscapes, as well as famous sights such as the Cotillo Castle, Cotillo Beach and enjoy a traditional canarian lunch.This tour beginns in Corralejo in soft-top Land Rover Defender jeeps for up to 6 passenger + 1 driver. From here you will head to Villaverde. On your way you will see the agave plantations cover the horizon. These plants were used for ropes or espadrilles.
The route takes you across Casa de los Coroneles and its typical plaza with the church to the village La Oliva. Here there will be a little break before continuing to the Tindaya region, with its magnificent coast cliffs that offer an impressive view on the north-east coast of the island and the beaches of Aguila and Esquinzo.
The next stage is the Castle Tostón in Cotillo. Afterwards you take a refreshing bath in the turquoise waters of Playa de Cotillo, before visiting the town and taste some typical canary dishes in a traditional restaurant.
Now you will drive the Route of the Volcanos until reaching the Bayuvo volcano. There you will climb to the top of the crater to have a look at the landscapes created during the first volcanic stage of the island, and to take a look to the dunes of Corralejo or the island Lanzarote.
