This 8.5 hour tour takes you to the most famous tourist attractions in Seoul. Visit Jogye Temple, Cheongwadae, Gyeongbok Palace, the Insadong cultural district, Changdoek Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village and shopping in Myeongdong. You will even you to try on a Hanbok!You will be picked up from your hotel in Seoul by your local tour guide. You will enjoy your comfortable mini-van ride to each attraction with a very informative professional tour guide. Your first destination is Jogye Temple. The beautiful lotus lanterns are hanging on the ceiling that contain lots of people’s wishes and prayers.  After Jogye Zen Buddhism Temple tour, you will go through the high-security area nearby to see the Cheongwadae Presidential Blue House. 

The King of the Joseon Dynasty used to stay at the main palace called the Gyeongbok Palace and at its main entrance is Gwanghwamun. There used to be guards protect the main entrance like the securities in front of the presidential Blue House. Take a slow walk around the royal palace, and listen to your guide's commentary about the history behind each building in the royal palace. 

You will stop by Insadong which is famous for antique stores, private galleries, and Korean restaurants, where you will have delicious Korean cuisine lunch. 

After lunch, you will be led to the one of the famous Hanbok Shops in Seoul. Find yourself in beautiful Hanbok that will make you feel you used to be Korean in your past life. While you are wearing the Hanbok, you will visit the Changdeok Palace that is adored by Kings of Joseon Dynasty. Did you find the most beautiful building among the others? That is Nakseonjae, the building was built under King’s request only for his one love. What a romantic history behind it!

Bukchon Hanok Village is the real residence area with well-preserved Korean traditional art of architecture. Don’t forget to take a photo of you before heading back to the modern time.

Your tour includes Myeongdong that is the most famous shopping area. You will see a lot of different types of food street vendors selling Korean dumplings, Dakkochi (Korean skewered chicken), Strawberry Mochi and more. Take a note and don’t forget to try something at a Myeongdong street food vendor.  Also you will visit a Korea Duty Free Shop nearby Myeongdong. You can shop there with reasonable prices!

Please note:
On Mondays, Changdeok Palace is closed so it will be replaced to Namsan Hanok Village
On Tuesdays, Gyeongbok Palace is closed so it will be replaced to Deoksu Palace.
