This 11-hour tour will take you to see not just the famous Presidential Office and a few palaces in Seoul. You will also take a walk around its beautiful streams and see the city's traditional markets and modern markets. Besides the tourist attractions, you will visit the very popular shopping district, Myeongdong, and the antique street, Insadong.

For this tour, you will be picked up in the morning from your centrally located hotel in Seoul and pass by the Deoksugung Palace, Namdaemun, and the Seoul Station on the way to the Cheonggyecheon Stream.

After seeing the river, you will visit the main gate of the Presidential Blue House, the presidential residence of the Republic of Korea that is regarded as the heart of the nation. Cheongwadae Saranchae is a Korean presidential exhibition center, newly opened as of January 2010. Take a souvenir photo before moving on and visiting the Gyeongbokgung Palace and the National Folk Museum. At the Gyeongbokgung, you will see the Royal Guard Changing Ceremony which is a great opportunity to experience a rare, but traditional scene in Korea. Be sure to bring a camera and take lots of pictures! The guards’ splendid costumes, with their brilliant primary colors, are a real pleasure to see.
*Please note that Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed on Tuesdays, in which case you’ll visit Deoksugung Palace instead.

Afterward, you will see the Amethyst Factory or Ginseng Center before heading to a Dolsot Bibimbap restaurant for lunch.

After lunch you will have free time and then meet again around 3pm in Myeongdong at the Lotte Hotel. After, visit the famous Insadong Antique Shopping Alley where you can experience the traditional culture of Korea while remaining in the heart of the city. With art galleries, traditional craft stores, antique art dealers, traditional tea houses and restaurants, it is simply a place not to be missed for visitors wanting to experience a traditional aspect of Korea.

Then you will visit the Mang-won Traditional Outdoor Market which is located in Mapo-gu in Mangwon-dong. Here, you will experience the life of the Korean local in central Seoul before moving on to visit the Homeplus. HomePlus is a market that offers the one-stop shop that enables shopping for food and non-food items under the same roof at a reasonable price. It has become one of the most successful retailers in Korea, offering a wide assortment of quality merchandise, low prices, and guaranteed satisfaction.

After a long day, you will sit down to a traditional Korean dinner of pork rib, soybean stew and rice. After dinner, you will be dropped off to your hotel in central Seoul.
