This excursion includes a visit to the Kayar fishing village.You will be picked up from your Dakar accommodation on a Sunday morning and taken to Keur Moussa Monastery for a memorable church service. You will witness a mass performed by the Keur Moussa monks. During the service, The monastery echoes with the sounds of Gregorian chants sung by Benedictine monks accompanied on the traditional kora. Following the mass, you may meet the monks and socialize a bit with the congregants before continuing your excursion to the nearby colorful fishing village of Kayar. Upon completion of your visit to the fishing village, you will be returned to your accommodation in Dakar.
