Ride the bus from Cusco to Ollantaytambo Train Station. Board the train bound for Aguas Calientes, the gateway town to Machu Picchu. Greeted by host and taken to the bus that takes you up the mountain to Machu Picchu.

Ride bus back to Aguas Calientes following your time in Machu Picchu. Eat lunch and opt to soak in the local hot springs. Return to Ollantaytambo Train Station by train. Disembark train and transfer to bus that will take you back to Cusco.
