10am - Qutub Minar (A UNESCO World Heritage Site)
First head to the Qutab Minar, which is nearly 73 meters high and tapers from a 15-meter-diameter base to just 2.5 meters at the top. The tower has five distinct stories, each marked by a projecting balcony. The first three stories are made of red sandstone while the fourth and fifth stories are made of marble.

12pm - India Gate
Visit India's national monument constructed in memory of 90,000 soldiers of the British-Indian army who fought in the Second World War. This structure was built under the leadership of Sir Edwin Lutyens.

12:30pm - President’s House
Drive by the official residence of President of India, the building is another main attraction of New Delhi. It has remained the home to the former British Viceroy of India till 1950. The magnificent structure is the finest example of Indo-British architectural, which has caught attention of thousands of tourist from all over the world.

12:45pm - Parliament House
Admire the circular colonnaded building that houses ministerial offices, numerous committee rooms and an excellent library. Conceived in the Imperial style, the Parliament House consists of an open verandah with 144 columns.

1:15pm - Lunch Break, at a Local Restaurant (At your own expense)

2:30pm - Humayun's Tomb (A UNESCO World Heritage Site)
Explore the tomb which is an early example of Mughal architecture. This tomb is of great interest in relation to the Taj Mahal. The squat building, is lighted by high arched entrances, topped by a huge dome and surrounded by formal gardens.

4pm - Gurudwara Bangla Sahib
Go to the most prominent Sikh Gurdwara, or Sikh house of worship. The grounds include a temple, a kitchen, a large pond, a school and an art gallery.

5pm - Evening Aarti Ceremony at Birla Temple
See the Birla Temple, also known as Laxmi Narayan Mandir, one of Delhi's most important temples. This temple is dedicated to Laxmi (The Goddess of Prosperity), and Narayana (The Preserver). The temple was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi on the condition that people of all castes would be allowed to enter the temple. Next, witness the Aarti ceremony (Burning lamp ceremony) at the Temple.
