Full-Day Sepilok Orangutan and Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey from Sandakan

Enjoy 8:30am hotel pickup then travel 1.5 hours to Proboscis Monkey Labuk Bay Sanctuary where you can witness the 11:30am feeding. Then visit the inspiring Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre situated in Kabili-sepilok Forest Reserve. Learn about the rehabilitation of orphaned Orangutans before taking a boardwalk through the lowland rainforest to the viewing feeding platform where you can observe the 3pm feeding.You will be greeted and picked up from your hotel or from the Sandakan Airport at 8:30am. From there you will transfer to the Labuk bay Proboscis Monkey sanctuary, where you can see Borneo's indigenous Proboscis Monkeys. This privately owned sanctuary located within an oil palm estate gives you the chance to observe these animals up close and personal. You’ll be able to marvel at the remarkable males who have big noses, and the females who have smaller noses. Enjoy witnessing the 11:30am feeding of these amazing creatures.

We will then proceed to the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Center located in the Kabili-Sepilok Forest Reserve. Here you will enjoy a delicious lunch. After lunch you will watch a documentary on the Rehabilitation Center before taking a boardwalk through the lowland rainforest to view the feeding platform where you will be able see a feeding.

After the tour is complete you will be taken back to your hotel, or the airport, safely.
