The Shimba Hills National Park is Located in the South of Mombasa City in Kenya. Approximately 1.5 hours drive from Mombasa lies a little known haven for game, spectacular bird life and a hot house for tropical ferns, palms and shrubs - Shimba Hills Game Reserve. Its also known best for its roan and sable antelope.This departure if from Diani Hotels and surrounding only. You will be picked up from the hotel at around 7:00am depending on location. You will drive to Shimba Hills National Park. From here, the guides will direct you to explore this rain forest adventure by having a short game viewing drive, then walk to Sheldricks water falls. After enjoying the falls and viewing the wildlife here including the rare Sabre Antelope you will proceed to the Shimba Hills Lodge to have lunch. Depending on the weather you will have an optional walk to the bush around the lodge.
After lunch, you will be transferred back to your hotel in the evening.
