From Aberdeen Visitor Information centre we will travel to Glen Garioch Distillery for a tour and taste (entry fee required).
We then return to Aberdeen, Inverurie & Huntly Visitor Information Centre.
Our Whisky, Castle & Coastal tour takes around 7.5 hrs.
Glen Garioch location was chosen by John & Alexander Manson for their malt whisky distillery in 1797 was an obvious one. Oldmeldrum in the celebrated 'Valley of the Garioch' and was named "The Granary of Aberdeenshire", famous for producing the finest barley in all of Scotland.
Then Lunch at Delgatie Castle (Lunch not included).
After Lunch and free tour of the Delgatie castle we head for a coastal tour including a visit to Pennan village see the Red phone box made famous in the 1983 movie Local Hero.
We then return to Aberdeen, Inverurie & Huntly Visitor Information Centre.
