A 2-3 hour session climbing Stickle Gill, above the New Dungeon Ghyll Hotel in the Langdale Valley, a wonderful series of waterfalls, rapids and pools giving a great activity for all the family.
All safety equipment and wetsuits are provided for this activity, all you need is a pair of shoes that can get wet, a towel and something to change into afterwards.
