The Li Garden, also called Kaiping Garden, in Beiyi Xiang was built between 1926 and 1936 by Mr. XieWei Li, a Chinese emigrant to the United States. The garden covers an area of approximately 11,000 square meters and is known for not only its lingering charm of Chinese gardens, but also great harmony of Chinese and Western style . The layout of Li Garden is divided into 3 section - a villa section, a grand garden and a small garden.
