Settle back in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle for the 90 minute drive towards Fatima. At Fatima, you can buy a rosary to be blessed at the Mass in one of the local shops.
You will have 2 hours free time at the sanctuary, where you´ll have the chance to light a candle, to attend a mass at the basilica or, depending on schedule, a rosary at the Chapel of Apparitions.
The chapel is the very heart of the sanctuary. It was the first edifice constructed, at the place of Our Lady's Apparitions. The exact spot is marked by a marble pillar on which the Statue of Our Lady is placed. Here converge the four million pilgrims who visit the sanctuary each year.
The tour concludes with a drop off at your hotel in Lisbon.
