We leave Hanoi at 7:00AM and ride to the guava gardens, fruit garden on the Northern bank of Red River toward Bat Trang ceramic village where we can see firsthand the ancient art of ceramic making at a workshop and numerous homemade. We will learn how to make a clay product in one of many of the families producing these fine works of art which have been doing so for at least 400 years.
From Bat Trang we continue along the dyke then crossing Red River by a little ferry to Thanh Tri dock in the Southern bank of Red River then cycle to a famous local inhabitant house for watching how to make traditional Banh Cuon Thanh Tri, the most famous traditional breakfast with the freshly steamed rice paper of Thanh Tri district. We then enjoy our lunch that we have just known its proceed. Afterward we cycle along the bank of Red River to return Hanoi City.
