Join this half-day easy and fun cooking class to learn how to cook authentic Thai food. The class is limited to 8 participants.

The cooking school is located in the heart of Chiang Mai’s trendy Nimmanhaemin area within the walking distance to some independent boutiques selling fascinating self-designed art pieces and clothes.Let's learn how to cook authentic Thai food. It is easy and fun. Come join us and you will have an amazing memory of cooking Thai food. The class is limited to 8 participants. You will learn step by step how to prepare wonderful Thai dishes.

The morning class starts at 9am and you will be picked up around 8.30am from your hotel, then heading to a local market to buy some cooking ingredients such as vegetable, rice, fresh meat, fruits and spice.

The evening class starts at 4pm and you will be picked up around 3:30pm from your hotel. Upon arrival at the school, you will be introduced to use the mortar and pestle in making curry paste and fresh coconut milk. Then you will be preparing to cook the total of five dishes including appetizer, curry dish, stir-fried dish, spicy soup and dessert.

Cooking Menus:

Monday and Thursday cooking menu: spring rolls, green curry, pineapple fried rice, spicy soup with shrimp and water chestnut in coconut milk and syrup.
Tuesday and Friday cooking menu: grilled beef salad, Paneng curry, stir-fried chicken with basil, chicken in coconut milk soup and sticky rice with Thai custard.
Wednesday and Saturday cooking menu: minced chicken on toast, red curry with roasted duck, Pad Thai with shrimp, spicy soup with chicken and sticky rice with mango.
