Live authentic Sicily and enjoy an hands on cooking class focused on local traditional recipes. In a 3 hours class you will cook a 3 course menu under the close supervision of Chef Davide Minerva. You will cook traditional dishes such as “Arancino” filled with grilled eggplants, ragusano cheese and meat; Gnocchi with ricotta cheese and pork meat sauce; Orange thuile, almond cream, pistacchio and Modican chocolate.
At the end of the cooking class you will enjoy your special meal with your friends and family and taste great local wine labels.
