Enjoy this walking tour where your guide will take you for a visit of St. Spyridon church (St. Patron of the island), Campiello (the Oldest part of Old Corfu Town) and the "secrets" of this town will be revealed to you, you will also visit and explore Vidos Island, a green island which is located just half a mile across Corfu Town and it's inhabits, wild rabbits and pheasants, are just strolling among your feet.
Enjoy a glass of Ouzo with a typical Greek meze at the only restaurant of the island which is overlooking Corfu Town. Your guide will pick you from the Cruise terminal and together will continue toward the Old Corfu town by getting in to a one-way transfer in to town. You will be dropped-off in front of the Second largest square in Europe and from there you and your guide will start the walking part to the oldest quarters of Corfu Town.

Campiello is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is an atmospheric labyrinth of narrow, winding streets, steep stairways, and secretive little squares. It's here where you can admire some of the finest well preserved original Venetian architecture in the entire island. You will also visit St. Spyridon church which is the St. Patron of the island and you will admire the frescoes at the top of the church which is divided into 17 parts with golden frame, painted at first in 1727. Your exploration will continue deeper inside this part of the town with your experienced guide before walk toward the Old port of Corfu town.

From the Old port you will be board on a wooden caique - which is the local transportation from Corfu town to Vidos island - and you will sail to Vidos island which stands on a distance of only half a mile from Corfu Town. Vidos is an unspoiled green island. The island is uninhabited and it is protected by the Greek law. There was an idea to become a bird sanctuary due to a big number of pheasants, but the idea was abandoned. In our days the island still hosts a big community of pheasants and wild rabbits as well.
Explore this green island with your guide and see where the former juvenile reform school is and the boy’s scouts’ camps. There is also a Serbian mausoleum for the Serbian victims of WWI. The small wooded paths lead to the island's only restaurant and coffee shop where a refreshing glass of Ouzo along with  some typical Greek meze will wait for you (a cold refreshment will be served to children under 18 as a replacement of the Ouzo). Relax and enjoy the overview of Old Corfu Town which lies in front of you while the restaurant owner is feeding the wild rabbits.

The caique will get you back to the old port from where your guide will walk you back to the port and conclude the tour.
You have the option to extend your abidance on Vidos island or to walk back to the Old Corfu Town, but you will be responsible for your return to the ship.
