After being picked up from your hotel or cruise, you are taken on a 45-minute drive towards the lush rain-forest where you stop for approximately 30 minutes. There will be time to swim at Annandale falls or to take a walk along a short trail. You will also get a chance to see spice and cocoa trees growing in the surrounding estates.

You will be shown the harvesting and preparation of Grenada's nutmeg and mace. Sampling locally made products is possible. Continuing on, next the tour drives approximately 45 minutes to historic Fort Frederick and learn of its rich history. You will be at Fort Frederick for approximately 30 minutes. This fort was the command hub of the local forces against the 1983 American-led intervention.

Leaving the fort, drive down to the bustling market. This 45-minute visit to the market gives you time to look around and sample an array of tropical fruits and vegetables. As well as to find souvenirs in neighboring art and bathik shops. Driving to Grand Anse, there's time to have a quick dip in the sea before returning to the pick up point.
