You will climb the Popocatepetl Volcano with an experienced guide and you can choose from different difficulties hiking intensities.You will be picked up from your hotel in Mexico City in the morning and go on a 2-hour drive to the Volcano. Once there, you will receive a safety briefing and will also discuss different hiking options. The hike starts from 3,500 meters.
During the hike, you will be served a boxed lunch with a meal specially chosen for the mountains. Medicine for altitude sickness is also available. The hiking may take 4-9 hours, depending on your skill level. This is a private tour, so if you do not want to climb all the way to the peak, the guide you will take you as high as possible by car.
You will be driven back to Mexico City at the end of the day.
